Especially, ESL, is holding a $750,000 Esports challenge called the ‘ESL Pro League Season 12! Moreover, ESL Pro League has hosted many Esports challenge for many seasons. However, this season is going to be more competitive. It will also be intense as 36 teams will be participating for the prize pool of $750,000. Besides, the season 12 started in 1st September 2020. Also it is said to end in October, 11th. The event will be held in Malta in particular.

The world’s best teams will fight for the Pro League Championship in another 5 week long session in 5 regional divisions.

Location:

Due to the ongoing global health dynamics, ESL Pro League season 12 will be hosted online in 5 regional divisions across the globe. Firstly, the divisions from season 11 Europe & North America will be extended by South America, Asia and Oceania. This is happening to guarantee all teams who owed a spot for season 11 but couldn’t participate as well as the teams qualifying through the promised special qualifier to compete in season 12.

Moreover, the remaining team will be invited based on World Ranking end of July. Which is included all competitions that had been completed before the summer break. The game will be held in 5 regional divisions such as Europe, North America, South America, Oceania & Asia

Firstly, There will be in total 36 teams with being Europe divided in two groups. They are:

The Group stage will be 2 group of 8 teams with Round Robin BO3 where top 4 of each group proceed to playoffs (semi-final)
