Nuturn added 10X as the newest addition to their valorant roster. His teammate solo recently revealed it on Twitter earlier today.
Choi ’10X’ Jin-woo was in a search of a new team since he left Rio Company on May 16. He will be the replace of Kim ‘Lakia’ Jong-min who left roster beforehand a few days ago.
Nuturn Gaming was a successful Korean roster that was created back in January this year. The won VCT Korean Stage Two Challengers by dominating DAMWON Gaming. After that, they got their place in the first offline valorant LAN tournament, the VCT Masters Reyjhavik.
They could perform very dominantly against some top names in the globe such as Vision Strikers, DAMWON Gamin, etc. In Masters Reykjavik, they fell to Sentinels in a 2-0 scoreline in the upper bracket finals. Then, they faced Fnatic in the losers bracket and lost to them in a scoreline of 2-0.
Choi ’10X’ Jin-woo played in several tournaments on his previous team. He could make it to the finals of the Extreme Masters Asia Invitational last October and competed in the First Strike Korea playoffs with his team T1 Korea. Later, they disbanded the roster by only keeping their lineup based in North America.
10x joined Team MUHAYO and won the VCT: KOREA Stage One Challengers Two event. He and his several teammates were picked up by Rio Company after the tournament.
He need to build quick synergy with the rest of the members of the roster before they will compete in the next Challengers open qualifier. It will hit the road on July 3.
